Great size for my pre-filled pen/syringe for my monthly migraine medication. I have 5 or 6 in it currently and plenty of room for several more. Lid snaps on nice and snug, and sliding hatch that covers the opening seems good quality. Easy to drop in the used pen/syringe and be done. Sits nice on top of my dresser with my other med storage and my smaller one for my diabetes stuff.
