I tried a few of these and when I come back the water has drained out. I use bleach in doing my dishes because of Covid. No water drain anymore!!This was slightly larger than my drain but it works well! The large size creates better suction.How do I know? Well one time I forgot my sink was running with extremely hot water and I forgot to remove the drain stopper.I walked into my kitchen with water all over the counter and floor! I panicked and burned my arm trying to pull the darn drain stopper out and it would not budge. I came to my senses and started taking buckets of water out of the sink until it was low enough that I could stick my arm in without burning it up to the elbow.I learned my lesson that day.All that to say this thing is awesome and looks way better than those plastic drain stoppers that just get moldy and don't stay put.I use this for my garbage disposal opening and I’ve had the same garbage disposal for 10 years thank you for making this product I needed a new oneworks wellI kept having to re-seat the plastic stopper that came with the sink I am using and I was very tired of it since I'm using that sink to rinse dishes and save water. This stopper is not coming out if I don't want it to and that makes me very happy. The only fly in my ointment is that apparently the same size stopper doesn't fit the other side of the sink, but I'll keep trying if it happens I need to get a good one for that side too.Fits sink drain snugly. Allows sink to be filled with water for dishwashing, pet bath, etc. Suction is good, but not so much you can't remove it to drain the sink. Cleans up well; while it's still wet, just wipe it down with a dry towel.It was a little big for my drain so I cut down to size. Works perfectThe water stay in the sink. I don't have to worry about the water running out.
